Who we are
YourDataPays helps established companies figure out whether their business records are valuable to AI developers, and introduces the ones that fit to vetted buyers and licensing platforms. We started it because owners kept hearing about this market and had no straightforward way to find out if it applied to them.

Disclosure
How we're paid
- We may receive a referral fee from data buyers or licensing platforms when a company we introduce completes a deal.
- In most programs we work with, that fee is paid from the buyer's or platform's side and does not reduce what you receive. For any specific introduction, we'll tell you how it works there.
- We don't charge sellers for our assessment.
- Some programs we work with have exclusivity rules. Once you're introduced to one, you may be expected to work only with it for that data for a period of time. We'll explain this before any introduction, and the choice is yours.
- Because we may be paid, we have an interest in deals closing. We handle that by being clear about fit, never promising outcomes, and encouraging you to get independent advice.
Standards

- We never ask for, receive or hold your data.
- We don't promise prices, sales or timelines.
- We'll tell you when we think you shouldn't go ahead.
- We're not a law firm and don't give legal advice. Use your own counsel.
- We follow applicable email and marketing laws, and you can opt out at any time.
